Pet food is unhealthy for animals, kittens prefer water, more so than milk, although love tea (loose) mixed with warm water. Dogs will generally eat dog food, but try to avoid feeding them too much from dog meat tins. It is better to start puppies off on vegetables and dog biscuits, and then transfer to vegetables only as young puppies require a balanced diet.
If you have an older pet, then it can be said that the pet may reject fruit and vegetables if you have never introduced fruit or veg before, try cauliflower first and then try and introduce further vegetables such as leeks and carrots, also you can try using courgettes in the United Kingdom. Make sure you slice the vegetables up, and also make sure you avoid feeding your dogs cucumber and onions, as it will make the dog or cat have dayereh.
By feeding vegetables the dog will do less smelly number two’s, also the dog will do more firm number two’s, this is seen throughout all species including humans. Humans generally have the healthiest stools and deposits when they are from purely vegetables. Cats love many fruits, and if you slice fruit, they will happily chew the fruit and go crazy for the fruit, especially bananas which have been finely sliced.
Before humans introduced dogs to families as popular culture, it is known that dogs used to steal food in the summer harvest from small farms, by digging up cauliflower and carrots to eat for themselves, they always rejected potato as potatoes made them feel unwell, do feed them cooked potatoes, but be careful as this is generally as bad as tinned dog meat for them, but do not feed them raw potatoes. Raw potatoes are bad for cats as well, and you must not feed cats anything that is white in colour as a fruit or really vegetable. Dogs will eat anything, however, they find many fruits toxic, while dogs love tea, try and avoid them being addicted to tea, as they will find traits similar to addicts which will mean severe begging at time for food.
The main vegetables to feed to dogs are carrots (mainly), cauliflower (mainly), Courgette (mainly), Brussel sprouts (mainly), cabbage (in part), celery (in small amounts) and apple cores (good for them regularly or occasionally. The main vegetables for cats are courgette’s, carrots, parsley, limes (only small amounts), coconut milk, apples (sliced), bananas (sliced finely) and pears (only sometimes). All these fruits and vegetables are recommended by Oxford University research development centre and the United Nation development centre in Tokyo and Korea (South).
Introducing these veg and fruit regularly in part or in full to a pets diet will help it live longer, it will improve any pets mood, and it will improve the cats number twos and extend the lives of both cats and dogs, and also but limited to rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, gerbils, horses (obviously for most owners), donkeys (obviously to travellers), chinchillas, some goldfish (but look to seek advise as to which fish of golden variety) and many other pets.
